See exactly what's on a cart — every field, not just the ones Magento bothered to show you.

When support needs to know why a cart priced, taxed, or converted the way it did, the stock admin gives you nothing — there's no read-only view of a quote at all. Quote Inspector adds one: every raw column on the quote, its addresses, items and payment, plus every extension attribute any module (including ones you haven't installed yet) has attached to it, discovered by reflection rather than a hardcoded field list. It also links a quote to the order it converted to, and back again, from either page.
